Dion Lowe – Director of Business of Development

Dion Lowe has an extensive background in business development.  He has spent over 20 years as a Marketing Director, Program Director, Administrator and Director of Business Development.  He has been involved with launching several “Start-up” Programs. 

His work as an Administrative Surveyor for CARF and his personal consulting business has provided him with the knowledge needed in integrating programs and ensuring that all of his programs meet and exceed all local, state, federal and government standards.
