Michelle Cort – Program Director

Michelle Cort is a high performance, quality driven healthcare professional with 17 years of experience and expertise in visionary leadership and problem resolution for healthcare facilities.   She presently engages all of her training and experience in her work as Program Director for Breakthrough Recovery Outreach.

Michelle is exceptionally organized and disciplined with well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and direct others in a supportive and cooperative team environment. She has been recognized for consistent successful development of systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations, increase revenues, and enhance profit performance.

Michelle holds a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Administration from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling from York College.
